How To Dehydrate Garlic:
1. Material selection. Choose garlic that has no rot, no serious damage, no scars on the outside, and no shriveled garlic.
2. Break garlic cloves. Put the selected garlic heads into the elevator and transport them to the garlic clove breaking machine, and use the gas impact principle to break the garlic cloves.
3.Peel garlic. Put the garlic with garlic skin into the garlic peeling machine, and use compressed air to make the garlic peel without damaging the surface of the garlic.
4. Garlic slices. The peeled garlic is sliced. Using a garlic slicer, the thickness of the garlic slice can be adjusted, generally 1.5 mm is appropriate, so that it does not change the color of the garlic during drying.
5. Washing garlic. Put the sliced garlic into the garlic washing machine to remove harmful substances such as sand and impurities on the garlic surface. The garlic washing machine uses air bubbles to clean, which is gentle and non-irritating, and does not damage the surface of the garlic.
6. Garlic slices air-dried. The cleaned garlic slices enter the air dryer. The air dryer is designed to be turned and conveyed multiple times, and has a reverse air device to prevent dead spots from drying. The air dryer has a good drying effect.
7. Dryer garlic slices. After the garlic slices enter the dryer after air drying, the dryer uses hot air convection heating and strong wind to quickly dry the garlic. During the drying process, pay attention to maintaining dryness, indoor temperature, and strictly control the drying time and drying moisture to avoid affecting the taste and color of dehydrated garlic.
8. Garlic slices regain moisture. Cool the dehydrated garlic to regain moisture for a period of time, which is convenient for storage.
