The hot air passes through the trays filled with garlic or ginger, heating the materials quickly and evenly.
During drying, moisture inside the garlic and ginger evaporates continuously. The humid air is drawn back through the right air duct and recirculated inside the machine. At the same time, part of the moist air is discharged by the exhaust fan on the top of the machine, while fresh air enters through the air inlet.
The fresh air mixes with the circulating hot air, is reheated, and then re-enters the drying chamber. This continuous hot air circulation improves drying efficiency and achieves stable, uniform dehydration results.
